THE LIVING ROOM DAY RETREATS - SELF-LOVE SUNDAY

Step into a nourishing day of connection, creativity, and conscious exploration at Self-Love Sunday—a heart-led retreat held at The Living Room in Boroughbridge. With a full programme of movement, healing, and soulful inquiry, this inspiring event invites you to reconnect with your inner self, discover new perspectives, and enjoy the warmth of community. Whether you join for one session or the whole day, each moment is designed to support your journey into self-love and deeper awareness.


These retreats offer something for everyone—creative professionals, wellness seekers, and anyone ready to grow, explore, and connect. Each retreat day offers something unique and different and therefore can be attended as progressive retreat experiences days for those who wish to return to enjoy subsequent days or sessions.


Each retreat day features transformative sessions led by experienced facilitators  passionate about helping you unlock your potential.

Flexibility: You can customise your day:

  • Attend the entire retreat for a holistic experience.
  • Select a package of 3 or 5 sessions to suit your interests.  (As Boroughbridge is a beautiful countryside town with riverside walks and many cafes there is plenty to enjoy between sessions).
  • Or, drop in for one or two sessions that inspire you most.
